Payment Policy

1. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
2. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as shared at the time of order.
3. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within the agreed time frame.
4. Please keep a screenshot or proof of payment for your records until your order is delivered.

Return Policy

At Punjab Trading Company, we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and hygiene concerns.

We request our customers to check all details (quantity, product type, delivery address) carefully before confirming the order.

Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

1. Product is damaged in transit (must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery).
2. Wrong item sent (must be reported immediately upon delivery).
3. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per discussion.

Note: We do not accept replacement requests for reasons like change of mind or dislike of taste.
